___Our Mothers Are Worried - Performance____
Mothers Are Worried is a live drawing performance in collaboration with musician Inger Hannisdal, where music and visuals unfold together.

Hannisdal’s violin and cassette loops, blending Norwegian folk music with Arabic maqam, intertwine with Keyrouz’s projected drawings, creating a fluid dialogue of lines and sound.

 It explores violence not as a sudden event, but as a slow, pervasive force—sticky, lingering, and inescapable—seeping like ink or fog into homes, routines, thoughts, and spaces once considered safe.
